This knowledge base is created for the user who need access to Microsoft 365 email account. This covers for the web access, Microsoft Outlook 2016/2019 email client and Apple iOS Mail application.

Instructions

Microsoft Outlook Web

Step-by-step guide:

Prior following this step, Information Technology (IT) Admin has given you the account detail via Messages/Whatsapp on your phone or your other private email.

  • Open the Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser.

  • Go to https://www.office.com

  • At the Pick an account page, click the Use another account option.

  • At the Sign in page, enter the Email address field.
    Click the Next button.

  • Under the password, enter the password field.
    Click the Sign in button.

  • At the Stay signed in page, click No button.

  • At the home page, click the Outlook to access the email.

     

Microsoft Office 2016/2019

Step-by-step guide:

Prior following this step, Information Technology (IT) Admin has given you the account detail via Messages/Whatsapp on your phone or your other private email.
The email account has been setup in this email client.

  • Open the Outlook application.

  • On the left navigation, select the email account and the Inbox to access the email.

Apple iOS Mail

Step-by-step guide:

Prior following this step, Information Technology (IT) Admin has given you the account detail via Messages/Whatsapp on your phone or your other private email.
The email account has been setup in this email client.

  • Tap the Mail application to access the email.
