KB2104030201 - How to log in to the Citrix Files

This knowledge base is created for users who require to log in to the Citrix Files application. Now and then, Citrix will ask to re-login for security purposes.

Instructions

Step-by-step guide:

  • To verify this, check the Windows taskbar where the Date and Time are.

  • You will see this Citrix icon with an exclamation mark.

     

If you didn’t see that icon, follow the step below.

 

  • Check the Windows taskbar where the Date and Time are.

 

  • Click the up arrow icon above and you will see this:

  • Click the Citrix icon with an exclamation mark and it pops up in the window below.

 

  • Click the Sign In button.

 

  • Enter the subdomain. Contact your IT Administrator in regards to this. Click the Continue button.

 

  • Enter the username and password. Click the Sign In button.

     

  • To verify the device, select the method to verify. Check the code either from the SMS, phone call, or authentication app.

 

  • Enter the code and click the Verify button.

 

  • Wait till this window come up and will take a while sometime. Click the Dismiss link.

 

  • This will take you to Windows Explorer (S: drive) where the files are.

  • You can now use the Citrix Files.
