Step-by-step guide:

  • Restart the machine either from Mac or Windows

  • Press the letter “d” and hold until the Apple logo followed by the language option comes up

  • Select the English option

  • The message showed up: “Checking your MAC”

  • When it finishes, it will show if there is no issue: No issues found. ADP000

  • If there is an issue, it will say something else.

  • Press the Restart button

  • Press the option key and hold until the Apple logo followed by the boot option i.e. Windows or Macintosh HD
