Instructions

Step-by-step guide to access:

  • Open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser.

  • Go to https://mail.mailguard.com.au.

  • At the login page, enter the Username and Password. Click the Log In button to access the email.

     

Microsoft Office 2016/2019

Step-by-step guide:

Prior following this step, Information Technology (IT) Admin has given you the account detail via Messages/Whatsapp on your phone or your other private email.
The email account has been setup in this email client.

  • Open the Outlook application.

  • On the left navigation, select the email account and the Inbox to access the email.

Apple iOS Mail
